By visiting the website, you accept and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

From her hands is based in the Sunshine Coast, Qld, Australia.

I reserve the right to cancel any orders that have been placed where an error has occurred - ie. Pricing, Shipping, inaccurate descriptions, product details, or otherwise - All cancelled orders will receive a full refund and an explanation for the refund.

If you live outside of Australia and place as order with us, you might be required to pay import and local taxes. From Her Hands will not accept liability for import or local taxes for orders that are shipped outside of Australia.

These are subjected to the shipping courier company and local authority’s discretion. Please check with your local shipping or government organisation for more information or tax rules. We are unable to accurately calculate these fee's on your behalf.

Your orders may be returned to us by the shipping courier if you refuse to pay duties and taxes. When we received the return shipment in full, your order will be refunded with the deduction of the original shipping fee and any additional charges incurred. You will be requested to pay for any additional shipping costs, should you wish to be re-shipped to you.
